- The Nightmare
- The Nightmare has been added to Kodai and The Nightmare, is a large, otherworldly horror who feeds on the life force of sleeping people, giving her victims horrible nightmares until their life force is completely drained and expires. There are no requirements to fight The Nightmare.
- The Nightmare can be fought solo or with any group size you can imagine, The bosses hitpoints scale based on the amount of players in the room
- With the nightmare we have added quite a few new items including;
- The Nightmare Staff
- Eldritch nightmare staff; Can autocast offensive standard spells as well as Ancient Magicks
- Special attack: The eldritch nightmare staff has a special attack, Invocate, that consumes 75% of the player's special attack energy to hit the target for a high amount of damage, and restores the caster's prayer points by 50% of the damage dealt. The base damage for Invocate is scaled based on the player's Magic level, ranging from 39 at level 75 to 50 at level 99
- Harmonised nightmare staff; Can can autocast offensive standard spells, but cannot autocast Ancient Magicks unlike its other variants
- Ability: When casting offensive spells from the standard spellbook, the harmonised nightmare staff's attack speed is increased to 4 and has no initial delay when autocasting, similarly to powered staves
- Volatile nightmare staff; Can autocast offensive standard spells as well as Ancient Magicks
- Special attack: The volatile nightmare staff has a special attack, Immolate, that consumes 55% of the player's special attack energy to hit the target with 50% increased accuracy and dealing a high amount of damage. The base damage for Immolate is scaled based on the player's Magic level, ranging from 50 at level 75 to 66 at level 99, which can be increased with magic damage boosting items. At level 99, the maximum possible hit is 80.

- Inquisitor's mace
- The Inquisitor's mace is a crush weapon requiring 75 Attack to wield. Received as a drop from The Nightmare, it has bonuses nearly congruent to the Ghrazi rapier and blade of saeldor, acting as the crush variant of these weapons. Like the Ghrazi rapier, it does not degrade or require charges.
- The Nightmare Staff
- With the addition of the Nightmare the requirement to use the Completionist cape has been increased to include 100 Nightmare kills.
- Upon logging in after this update, All Duo ironmen should now have access to the Ironman storage box next to Paul & Levi. You can use this item to store items between you and your partner while you're offline.
- Added Corporeal Beast & Nightmare World event (1.25x drop rate)
- Scylla will now move around the room instead of staying still adding an increased difficulty to the boss
- Changed the home to the Spring variant and removed the winter theme
- Fixed vengeance animation not stopping movement temporarily
- Changed respawn delay on Dag kings to around 30 seconds
- Items dropped on the ground when claiming your items back from Vorkath will stay on the ground for an hour
- Fixed fire cape gambling not triggering the achievement diary completion
- Fixed dialogue option unnoting bones at the choas altar
- Fixed Seed box having numpad input options
- Black tourmalione core now counts towards collection log
- Olm burn with me distance has been reduced to 1 tile instead of 2 when spreading to other players
- Fixed drake attacking not stopping you from getting attacked by another npc
- Possible fix for sire teleport bug
- Possible fix for objects stacking on top of each other after teleporting
- Added Jad & Zuk tasks to Mazchna
- Giant seaweed can now be cooked into 6 soda ash
- Changed name of Ironman storage chest at home to make it more apparent of the use
